Privacy policy regarding the protection and processing of personal data

  15. If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, providing your personal data to the Administrator is voluntary.
  16. Providing your personal data is mandatory if the processing of personal data is based on a legal provision or an agreement concluded between the parties.
  17. Automated decision-making processes, including profiling, may be carried out concerning you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator/Operator.
  18. Due to the Administrator's use of Google Analytics analytical tools, your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA, including to the USA. We inform you that Google LLC has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield program to ensure an appropriate level of protection of personal data required by European regulations.
  19. The Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent upon the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    1. hosting company on the basis of delegation;
    2. authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the website's operational purpose;
