Privacy policy regarding the protection and processing of personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we inform you that our Company will process the personal data provided to us.

The Data Controller processes your personal data based on applicable law, concluded agreements, or possibly on the basis of voluntarily given consent.
Your personal data is processed for the purpose/purposes of:
1. fulfilling the contract;
2. handling inquiries submitted through the contact form;
3. fulfilling obligations arising from applicable laws;

Your personal data processed for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator will be processed until you object to such processing.
Your personal data processed based on consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

2. the right to request correction of personal data if they are incorrect or incomplete;
3. the right to request deletion of personal data (the right to be forgotten);

If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, providing your personal data to the Administrator is voluntary.
Providing your personal data is mandatory if the processing of personal data is based on a legal provision or an agreement concluded between the parties.
Automated decision-making processes, including profiling, may be carried out concerning you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator/Operator.
Due to the Administrator's use of Google Analytics analytical tools, your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA, including to the USA. We inform you that Google LLC has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield program to ensure an appropriate level of protection of personal data required by European regulations.
The Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent upon the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
