In residential construction we mostly feed precast elements — floor slabs, stairs, balcony slabs and load-bearing structures. On housing estates and residential plots the constraint is rarely weight; it is access: a narrow approach, fencing, overhead lines. A compact machine that rigs in a quarter of an hour and does not block the whole street is therefore usually enough.
